America's civil war trailer - 727Sky - 12-18-2023

A work of fiction especially when it comes to Texas and California siding together IMO.

looks like a case of election interference to me, and a lot of hype.  They picked CA and TX to look bipartisan. Trump is  a Threat to our democracy you k ow, even if overwhelming and legally elected by the people.

The alternate-universe narrative pushing you to choose a side. Funny, odd, strange or just the new normal that A24 started as a prestige Indie distributor and are now producing movies on the level of Invasion USA. The filming action may live up to Michael Bay production quality, 'Bad Boys' style, but the screenplay will likely be crapola. For a 3hr 15 min movie it might be some cheap entertainment for a lazy Sunday. Given his other works, Ex Machina (2015) and Annihilation (2018), 28 Days Later (2002), and Sunshine (2007) maybe Alex Garland will deliver. Though it might wake legions of homegrown sleeper cells raised on Call of Duty. Good times coming in 2024. Big Eyes

Release schedule says it's going to drop in France on April 24th, TWO days before the USA.

April 26, 1777: Sybil Ludington, aged 16, allegedly rode 40 miles to alert American colonial forces to the approach of the British forces are coming!

Oh come on now! Everybody knows that we can't have that pesky "will of the People" or legitimate voting getting in the way of "Our Democracy"!

It should be clear to all by now that "We, The People" are actually the most existential threat to... We, The People! The news has reminded us of that day after day for a couple of years now!

Not paying attention of late. I did see some nonsense about Nikki Haley closing to within 15 points of The Don.

What's your opinion? How will they knock Trump out of the running?

Nikki Haley....

Might as well leave Biden in place, he will get less wicked shit done to us.
