A Seminole County detective was arrested after investigators say he warned a number of suspects they were targets of a child sex sting. The sheriff's office says Jose Tirado had been a part of the Crimes Against Children Unit for eight years.

The corruption is nearly complete at all levels. Take the fear of God out of the equation and all you might have to consider is if you get caught and how you can cover it up afterward. These types are like criminal "wise guys", they believe that unless you get caught, then no crime has been committed. If he is smart he never even thinks about consequences because he knows that the rest of the crooks know what he knows and some bribes or blackmail will keep him safe if he somehow is caught. He understands that the other criminal authorities will not force the issue because they could get exposed as well, so it's unlikely he will ever get caught in the first place.
