Mitch McConnell appeared to have an "episode" where he stopped talking abruptly and just stood there... Here is a MSN news article about it.

No toxin, more like a mini stroke or beginning signs of a dementia related condition. I'm sure someone in the medical field could confirm that.

Some people suffering from Parkinsons present those type of freeze ups at times. It is like a reboot ... also there are other multiple horrible sad symptoms.

My step-dad has Parkinson's induced dementia. He is 97 years old. My mom (who will be 75 in a few months and having health problems of her own) is having a helluva time caring for him. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!
