CBDCs: Beyond the Basics - EndtheMadnessNow - 11-26-2022 Here's a good 1 hr overview from the Corbett Report. CBDCs: Beyond the Basics Do you know the difference between retail and wholesale CBDCs? Sounds like a big convoluted monetary warfare between central & commercial banks. Current prototype testing: Future monolithic Central bankster cartel dream goal for world domination: RE: CBDCs: Beyond the Basics - Ninurta - 11-26-2022 Odd that you should mention it. I tripped over the below video just this evening. Our biggest mistake was deciding that it might be a good idea to allow governments to be the only ones allowed to issue money and control it. They are now simply taking that control to extremes, and we have not the power to oppose it now. The next big bite on this road was the establishment of the Federal reserve, and centralized banking. Centralized control of anything is never a good idea - it concentrates power over your lifeĀ into someone else's hands, not yours. This is why I have been advocating for some time now to switch to a barter economy on an individual level. That would suck for urbanites, who have no recourse to barter at any scale, but they pay for their convenience of being able to walk to the corner store with their freedom. Not my lookout, that's on them, and whatever they are willing to put up with.Out here in the hinterlands, we'll be just fine, Jack, with a barter economy... if we choose to implement it ourselves. Urbanites in their cities can't do that. They don't produce enough tangible goods, and depend on the countryside for even their next meal. If they have nothing to barter for it, well that's just a cryin' shame. Big Brother will figure out a way to feed them (bug-burger, anyone? You want ketchup with that?), and in return, they will give up all control of their lives. That's how slaves and serfs are produced. Textbook example. . |
