A "foreign occupation" is what the EU turned out to be sadly the Conservatives didn't completely pull us out , Macron is due a State Visit I believe in July to survey their regained territory.

I hope the British people give him a "warm" welcome.

My thoughts are that after that slap, Mah Cron is finished.  Just thinking the action would not instil confidence there or abroad.

Kind regards,

Macron may have bigger problems than that. Looks like the French want to Frexit now, too:

Maybe he's coming to Britain is to size it up as to his chances of being the next king there after france leaves the Eu and then he gets tossed out of France?

It's just been reported Chairman and co-owner of Reform UK , Zia Yusuf, has resigned.
The news will be celebrated by Reform members and supporters around the Country. Now let's get back to proper Reform business Nigel and perhaps offer an olive branch to Rupert , Reform's hardest working MP.

Quote:Writing on X, Yusuf said: “11 months ago I became Chairman of Reform. I’ve worked full time as a volunteer to take the party from 14 to 30%, quadrupled its membership and delivered historic electoral results.
“I no longer believe working to get a Reform government elected is a good use of my time, and hereby resign the office.”
It comes shortly after he hit out at Reform UK’s new MP Sarah Pochin, who chose to use her first ever question to the prime minister in the Commons to question if the government will ban burqas.

Word is he was asked to resign.

Farage putting some gloss over Yusuf's departure in an exclusive GBNews interview.

Just need to swap out Farage for Rupert Lowe and we're on the road to redemption.

More Council By-Elections this week and more pain for Labour and the Conservatives delivered by the electorate.

In St Leonards Forrest , West Sussex the Lib Dems took the Council from the Tories with Reform coming 2nd , the Tories came 3rd with Labour 5th.

In Nigel Farage's constituency of Clacton the Frinton Council By-Election was won by Reform by a massive majority of 57% of the vote taking the Council from the Conservatives who came second with 27% and Labour crawled in 3rd with just 7.9% of the vote.

Fairstead Council in Norfolk was taken by Reform with 39% of the vote followed by the Lib Dems with 39% and Labour in 3rd with just 16% , the Conservatives didn't even bother to field a candidate.

North Lynn Council also in Norfolk was also taken by Reform with 49.6% of the vote with Labour dropping 50% of their support to finish a miserable 3rd with just 19% and the Conservatives were again absent from this election.

Michael Heaver delivers the good tidings.

Michael Heaver
The departure of Reform chairman Muhammad Ziauddin Yusuf will no doubt bolster Reform's results in forthcoming elections.

Following his 2 day absence Zia Yusuf has decided he made a snap decision and is returning to the party , it seems he won't be party chairman he's coming back to head Reform's Doge but even so....

Quote:Reform UK chairman Zia Yusuf has reversed his decision to quit the party, saying "the mission is too important" and that he "cannot let people down".

Oddly enough Zia , that's exactly what you've done.

The British public say: "Eh, here's an idea on saving money and obeying what the people want.
Stop the boats and stop housing the illegal channel-crossers with British taxpayers money"

The Conservatives say: "Yes, certainly", but ignore the request.
The Labour Party say: "Well, it's complicated" and then explain they're probably going to
use monies from foreign aid to keep the illegal channel-crossers in the hotels.

Guv'ment-funded BBC:
Some suggest you can't make it up...
Huh

Drom your link:

Quote:It also said it had reduced overall asylum support costs by half a billion pounds in the last financial year. This had saved £200 million in ODA which had been passed back to the Treasury.

Fun with maths -  "half a billion pounds" is 500 million pounds. They shunted 200 million pounds back to the treasury.

500 million - 200 million leaves 300 million pounds.

Where did that other 300 million pounds disappear to?

One of the many preferred facets of money-laundering!

I got an e-mail yesterday , along with everybody else on the Reform mailing list , from Dr David Bull saying he is now Reform Chairman.

Quote:It is my great honour to have been appointed Chairman of Reform UK today.

My first job is to thank all of you for supporting our Party and being part of this incredible movement to save Britain.

Supporters like you are the lifeblood of this Party. I would be thrilled, however, if you would translate your support into becoming a member of Reform UK. By doing so, you will meet fellow like-minded Reform supporters, engage in our community and have the opportunity to attend our exciting events.
On Boxing Day we overtook the Conservative Party membership, we are now closing in on Labour and will soon overtake them and you can be an instrumental part of this exciting chapter.

We are single-minded in our ambition to secure victory at the next General Election propelling Reform UK into Government and Nigel Farage into 10 Downing Street. We can and will win the next General Election but it will take enormous effort and teamwork.

I'll keep my money where it is thanks and remain a floating voter , Reform have a lot of ground to make up with a lot of people.

RE: Reform UK Just Destroyed the Uni Party - UK Fights Back - gortex - 06-15-2025

The latest Survation voter intention poll puts Reform UK at 30% with Labour 5 points behind on 25% , this is the first time Survation have had Reform leading in their polls.

With 4 years remaining until the next election , although I think Starmer will be gone before Christmas and Labour not long after , the race to No10 is Reform's to lose because I see no way out of the hole Labour have dug for themselves , tax rises in the Autumn to pay for their incompetence and the loss of Wales in next May's elections will I believe signal the end for the worst government in living memory.

Quote:Labour and the Conservatives have continued to decline, now polling at 43% combined. Reform’s 30% is the highest intended vote share recorded so far by Survation research, demonstrating voters newfound tendency to move away from the traditional parties in favour of challengers. The implications of this unprecedented challenge to the two-party system are discussed below.

What a party that will be.

A new Voter intention poll has been released and another Council lost by Labour this week , Reform now have an 8 point lead over Labour with the first anniversary of their election "victory" approaching according to the latest poll , I think the end is in sight for Starmer and Reeves , Labour back benchers are not happy.

Reform UK have taken Eastfield , North Yorkshire following a by-election there.
Reform 62.7%
Labour 14.1%
And the soon to be leaderless Conservatives at just 4.7%

The Tories 5 points above the Greens ....
LMAO

Another day another voter intention poll this time from Ipsos who put Reform 9 points ahead of Labour who are still a few weeks from their first anniversary .... seems longer somehow.

RE: Reform UK Just Destroyed the Uni Party - UK Fights Back - gortex - 06-25-2025

Working for the people of the UK Reform MP Richard Tice has introduced a bill to the House that would give people the right to call for a judicial review of sentences they feel are too harsh or lenient , the bill is inspired by the victims of Kier Starmer like Lucy Connolly who were given the harshest sentences at the request of Sir Stalin , Lucy was recently beaten up in prison and has been visited by Mr Tice , Reform seek to restore public confidence in our judicial system , this would be a start although I doubt it will be adopted because Uniparty but our judicial system as a whole need an enema.

The bill moves on to the next sage on 11th July , the Tories remain silent on this issue.

Sadly the bill is to late for Peter Lynch who died in the prison system after being unjustly sentenced for "shouting at police" and holding a placard but the remaining victims of Starmer still need help.

And the Uniparty sill wonder why Reform are grinding them into the floor.

British Barrister Daniel ShenSmith supports the bill.

RE: Reform UK Just Destroyed the Uni Party - UK Fights Back - gortex - 06-28-2025

Labour have ruled Wales since 1999 when Welsh devolution first came into force but now voter intention polling for next May's Welsh Parliamentary elections puts Labour in 3rd place behind Plaid Cymru and Reform UK , with this nightmare running through Stalin's head he's on his way to speak at todays Welsh Labour conference to talk about the "backroom stitch up" he believes is happening between Plaid , Reform and the Tories in order to defeat Labour.

Sorry Kier but you will lose because of YOU and your insane party waging war on farmers , motorists and the British people in general , if you survive till next May , which I seriously doubt , the loss of Wales from Labours battered crown will your Waterloo.

Quote:It is understood he will say such a deal would mark a "return to the chaos and division of the last decade".

But opposition parties have hit back at the prime minister's "imaginary coalitions", with Plaid Cymru accusing Labour of "scraping the barrel".

Sir Keir is expected to tell members how the two Labour governments in Westminster and Cardiff are "working together for the people of Wales".

At next year's Senedd election, 96 members will be elected to the Welsh parliament for the first time - an increase of more than a third - under a more proportional voting system.

If it's not the "far right" bogeyman then it's secret deals that are responsible for Labours electoral troubles , deaf , dumb and blind you are.

Look after your people and they will look after you , sell them out and you will pay the price... it's that simple.
