Their lives changed forever when a strange craft appeared. Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker's terrifying experience became one of the most compelling UFO cases in history. What happened during those missing 20 minutes? Why did these men insist they were telling the truth for decades? But there's more to this story than just one night. There are many similar encounters and many possible explanations, both natural and supernatural. He delves into the web of national security concerns, ongoing investigations, classified programs, and political instability that hinder transparency efforts. Dolan also examines strategies used to delay disclosure, including over-classification, bureaucratic roadblocks, media influence, and selective information release. Despite the obstacles, he emphasizes the importance of pursuing genuine disclosure to understand the sophisticated non-human intelligence seemingly interacting with our world. Another case from 1959 involved a mysterious object that fell or crashed into Gdynia harbour - and then there was the story of a humanoid found nearby, one taken to a hospital for examination. The Trinity detonation was part of the Manhattan Project led by famed physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer. Now a resident of LA County, Padilla explains exactly what he saw one day in the summer of 1945, not long after the Trinity bomb testing. The incident will be investigated by the U.S. Department of Defense as part of an expansion of probes into UFO and extraterrestrial sightings. "That object — it is not from this world," he tells KCAL's Chris Holstrom in a recent interview. Quote:Richard Dolan reviews Luis Elizondo's new book "Imminent: Inside the Pentagon's Hunt for UFOs." The review covers Elizondo's work with the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), his statements about a decades-long UAP crash retrieval program, the existence of non-human biological remains, and the potential threat posed by UAP. Richard also highlights Elizondo's descriptions of internal opposition within the Pentagon and the challenges faced by AATIP. Several specific incidents, such as the Nimitz encounter and the USS Roosevelt incidents, are also discussed. Richard examines Elizondo's perspective on the potential threat posed by UAP and discusses the controversial "threat narrative." He also touches on Elizondo's mentions of the Wilson-Davis memo and the involvement of defense contractors in UFO-related programs. RE: Some more UFO stuff - 727Sky - 09-04-2024 Quote:Richard Dolan interviews UAP/UFO historian Michael Schratt, who discusses several intriguing cases of UFO encounters and crash retrievals. Michael begins with a detailed account of Danny Sheehan's experience at the Library of Congress in 1977, where Sheehan saw classified photos of a UFO crash retrieval. Michael presents meticulously rendered illustrations of this incident as well as other cases, including a massive USO sighting off the coast of Corpus Christi in 1997, a 1991 USS Nimitz encounter with a giant black triangle, and a 1973 sighting at Great Lakes Naval Training Center. Schratt also discusses the potential involvement of the Glomar Explorer in UFO retrievals and shares insights from aerospace illustrator Mark McCandlish about secret technologies at Air Force Plant 42. The episode concludes with mentions of cases from Ryan Wood's book "Magic Eyes Only," highlighting the extent of UFO crash retrievals. Elizondo recalls the moment when he first learned about the Colares UFO attacks, in which thousands of people in and around the Amazon River community of Colares were physically attacked by UFO objects that swooped down from the sky and occasionally from out of the water. Thousands of people fled their homes and as many as 2,000 reported suffering injuries after being hit by beams emanating from the unknown craft. The Brazilian Air Force launched a major investigation and many years later, their files were released to the public. In this episode of WEAPONIZED, Jeremy and George speak with Thiago Ticchetti, Brazil's top UFO investigator and author about the Colares attacks and what became of the once-secret files. Thiago alleges that astoundingly clear film footage and photos obtained by the Brazilian military were sent to the US but have never been shown to the public. The WEAPONIZED team also reviews assorted conspiracy theories and debunking efforts that have popped up in UAP circle in recent weeks, including some related to Elizondo's book. RE: Some more UFO stuff - EndtheMadnessNow - 09-10-2024 Alien Encounters from New Tomorrowland (1995) Robert Urich, the legendary Jim Street in ‘S.W.A.T.’, is the host of this voyage around the UFO’s and its mystery. From New Tomorrowland, in Disneyland, Urich talks about UFO, contacts, evidences of its arrives, abductions, military documents and other things on what surround this controversial thematic. IMDB Supposedly, it was aired only once in 5 target cities. Michael Eisner starts this special report from a remote military installation somewhere in the United States, where some people believe the US Government is hiding the remains of an alien spacecraft. According to Michael, the idea of aliens from another planet may be closer than some realize, and a member of the audience may be able to experience the next Alien Encounter. Welcome to the New Tomorrowland Convention Center in Walt Disney World, where humans can get their first taste of the future, presented by X-S Tech, is one of the first alien firms to take advantage of the latest in Extra-Terrestrial technology at the new facility in Walt Disney Worlds new Tomorrowland. Of course, this is all an elaborate backstory established for the latest Walt Disney World attraction ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter, opening Summer 1995 at Walt Disney World. The original attraction was produced by Walt Disney Imagineering and Lucasfilm, leveraging binaural sound for many of the effects, the attraction was considered too intense for children under 12. It originally opened December 16, 1994, but closed a month after, it was considered too intense and was redesigned. After it was retooled the less intense attraction opened in June of 1995. While many Disney fans enjoyed the darker tone of the attraction, it was permanently closed in October of 2003 to be replaced by Stitch’s Great Escape. Really over the top nutty that they committed so hard in tone and substance to make this feel like an actual conspiracy/alien special of the era just to advertise a new ride. Like full on discussion of cover ups, disinfo programs, alien breeding, probing, and the actual ad for the new ride doesn't happen until the final 3 minutes.
