Misprinted wrappers pulled from Manchester goodie bags after derision on social media

'A chocolate bar given out by the Conservatives at their annual party conference misspelled the
name of the country they are hoping to govern. The confectionery, in a blue wrapper, featured a
slogan from the Tory party leader with an incorrect spelling of Britain.
“When Labour negotiates, Britian loses,” read the message, signed by Kemi Badenoch.
The chocolate bar was included in a goodie bag given out at the party’s conference in Manchester,
the Sun reported. Organisers are reportedly blaming the mistake on a “printing error” and have since
removed the chocolate from the bags, which also contained pictures of Rachel Reeves’s “fake CV”
and a mock copy of Reform UK’s manifesto.
The error was met with derision on social media, with one person writing: “I’m hearing Wispas about
Kemi’s leadership.” This slip-up comes as Badenoch tries to revive her party’s dire poll ratings.
She kicked off the annual party conference on Sunday with a speech and, breaking with convention,
will make another on Wednesday. Spelling mishaps are not the preserve of the Tory party, however.
Earlier this year, Scottish Labour misspelt the word “Scottish” in campaign leaflets for a byelection
the National reported. Voters received the leaflet in April that read: “Your Scotish [sic] Labour candidate
for the Glenrothes Central and Thornton byelection Maciej Dokurno”.
Meanwhile, in 2024 the Reform UK MP Lee Anderson was referred to as “Lee Andersin” in his campaign
leaflets. Anderson appeared oblivious to the blunder as he uploaded an Instagram video of himself posting
the leaflets in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire...'

Sorry to derail the thread for a moment.
I've seen a lot of commentary from other countries about the USA, Trump, etc. But most of it misses THE essential point.
Trump isn't a problem. What will be a problem is if the US Democratic Party continues its Kamikaze dive and succeeds in destroying itself.
Because the USA has a political system that relies on having two contending parties. Any other system, other than the early years after the American Revolution, is essentially untried and unpredictable in terms of outcomes.
THAT is what people should be concerned about.

The irony is that when discussing the USA or the UK, we're still basically in the same boat!
I agree with your contending-parties statement, if one side is preferred, another seems to be hell-bent on
offering an alternative -no matter how far out it is.
I believe it comes down to accepted Westernised standards being effected by a multitude of external reasons
that have been sullied by those who have certain power-wants. Take a look at some of the richer countries
around the world that have utilised the format of organised industrial ethics to benefit their social fabrics.
Their structure of governing is aimed towards success via bringing all-embracing wealth into their nations
and with it, less in-house turmoil. Religion abides in a more-conciliatory fashion alongside the idea that
faith isn't essential in being part of the whole. Care becomes important in all its facets becomes important
to maintain a healthy society and security is also vital in that preservation.
With these ideals, power is often diluted down to the individual and for some, that can be a terrible waste
of exploitation. Hence, we have serpents dressed in expensive suits with promises as genuine as their
smiles and a need to have chaos poured into such a peaceful system.
Just take a look at the Middle-East.

There was a time when names like 'Himmler' and Goebbels would be expected to be heard

– as defendant shouts out in court
'A trial accusing two men of planning "untold harm" and "mass fatalities" with an attack on members
of the Jewish community in Manchester has been interrupted by an outburst from one of the defendants.
Walid Saadaoui, 38, and Amar Hussein, 52, are accused of preparing acts of terrorism between
13 December 2023 and 9 May 2024.
![[Image: attachment.php?aid=3078]](https://rogue-nation.com/mybb/attachment.php?aid=3078)
Court artist's drawing of (left to right) Walid Saadaoui, Bilel Saadaoui and Amar Hussein.
Preston Crown Court heard the two men bought assault rifles, handguns and hundreds of rounds of
ammunition as they prepared for a suicide attack on the Jewish community in Manchester. Opening
the case on Wednesday, prosecutor Harpreet Sandhu KC said Saadaoui, from Abram, near Wigan,
was arrested by counter-terrorism officers in a car park in Bolton as he allegedly took a delivery of
weapons following an undercover sting operation.
The jury was played police body-worn footage that showed Saadaoui running from officers as they
approached to arrest him on 8 May last year. The prosecutor told the jury: "The firearms and ammunition
Walid Saadaoui was about to receive were capable of causing untold harm. "Untold harm was precisely
what Walid Saadaoui had planned to cause together with Amar Hussein."
As soon as Hussein's name was mentioned, he shouted across the court: "Don't talk shit, how many
babies, how many children? Don't talk shit, we defend ourselves." The court rose and the judge, Mr
Justice Wall, later told the jury: "I am sorry about that, members of the jury. "Mr Hussein has decided
he does not want to be in court for the rest of the opening."
When proceedings resumed, Mr Sandhu told the court that Walid Saadaoui was about to receive the
firearms and ammunition because he and Hussein were planning to cause "mass fatalities". "In particular,
they planned to kill as many members of the Jewish community as they could, especially those in north
west of England," the barrister said.
"Their plan was to get the weapons and ammunition and identify a mass gathering of Jewish people who
they could attack," he added. He said they had identified areas in Greater Manchester with a large Jewish
population to attack and also intended to kill any police officers who got in their way.
Both men embraced the views of the so-called Islamic State and were prepared to risk their own lives to
become "martyrs", the prosecutor added. "By May 2024, they had spent months preparing for their acts
of terrorism. That included preparing themselves for their own deaths," Mr Sandhu said.
The two men face trial alongside Saadaoui's younger brother, Bilel, 36, from Hindley, near Wigan, who
is charged with failure to disclose information about an act of terrorism.
All the defendants deny the allegations.
Before the trial started, the judge told the jury the background of the case was "coincidental" to last
week's attack at the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue in Crumpsall, Manchester.
He said: "It is no part of the prosecution's case that any of these defendants had anything to do with
what happened in the synagogue in Manchester last week. "You must try them fairly without reference
or thought to what happened there," he added.
The trial continues...'

Quote:Revealed: Taliban sell £40 fake death threats for asylum seekers to dupe UK
Home Office lacks ability to identify fraudulent letters from Afghan officials, migrants say
![[Image: attachment.php?aid=3082]](https://rogue-nation.com/mybb/attachment.php?aid=3082)
'Fake death threat letters from the Taliban are being used to dupe the Home Office in asylum
applications for Afghan migrants. A Telegraph investigation can reveal how corrupt officials in
Afghanistan produce government letters threatening to kill asylum seekers.
The letters are then used as evidence in asylum applications.
To demonstrate how easily such documents can be obtained, an undercover Telegraph reporter
paid Taliban officials £40 to produce three fake letters from different regional offices on official
headed paper, signed by local administrators. The letters can be published in full, but have been
redacted to protect sources.
They include warnings that the Taliban will “deliver justice upon you” — shorthand for execution
— for co-operating with the “evil government of England”. One letter says: “The mujahideen monitor
all your activity on social media and will deliver justice when they see you. God will be pleased and
you will be freed from this shameful life.”
The practice of purchasing fake letters raises fresh questions about the integrity of the asylum system
and whether genuine refugees are being disadvantaged by forgeries. Multiple migrants housed in Home
Office hotels and Taliban officials in Afghanistan told The Telegraph that the use of fake letters is
widespread.
In one case, a rejected asylum seeker said they submitted a fake letter in an appeal as evidence of
facing danger in Afghanistan. The new application was then approved, although it is not clear if the
letter was the only piece of evidence that judges took into account.
In 2022, more than 100,000 Afghans applied to come to Britain, claiming to have helped or fought
alongside UK forces before the 2021 withdrawal. But multiple sources told The Telegraph that the
vast majority had no such connection. The Ministry of Defence believes only a small proportion of
asylum claims are genuine.
The fake letters often cite the destination country by name, accusing applicants of “co-operation” with
that government and warning of death if they return to Afghanistan. The undercover reporter requested
letters from a Taliban official in an unnamed Afghan city for three fictional Afghans seeking asylum in
Britain.
The official offered two versions: a standard letter for £40 and a “premium” version — complete with
an official stamp and a “100 per cent approval rate” — for £200 [$267.07].
One letter says the Taliban regime has proven the applicant’s contact with the British Government.
“After several acts of Islamic kindness by the mujahideen, your work continued,” the letter says before
threatening to kill them. Another letter warns: “Be aware that your family is under arrest and surveillance
by the Islamic Emirate, and we have proof of your co-operation with England.”
It demands the recipient surrender as soon as possible, adding “otherwise you will be responsible for the
consequences”. In the third letter they wrote: “This is to inform you that the Islamic Emirate is aware of
your activities with the Government of England ... We will deliver justice upon you soon.”
Asylum seekers in Home Office hotels confirmed the widespread use of such fakes.
One said: “These things happen and it’s a reality. Some people even write these letters themselves in
Pashto, and since there is no way of verification, the Home Office accepts them.” He added that the
Home Office lacks the capacity to scrutinise such documents properly.
“There is no way they can read those lines. The Home Office asks them to translate and summarise the
letters and include them in applications. Most of them are fake.” A second person at a Home Office hotel
described being repeatedly contacted by a fellow asylum seeker desperate to obtain one of these letters.
The migrant, who originally entered Britain on a student visa before abandoning his university studies and
moving into a Home Office hotel, said he did not know whether the person calling him succeeded in
finding a corrupt Taliban official.
A third source acknowledged using such a letter in his own asylum application after his initial claim was
rejected because of insufficient evidence that his life was at risk in Afghanistan. Following submission of
the threatening letter, his application was approved, though he could not definitively attribute the success
of his application solely to the letter rather than other changes in his circumstances.
‘Lots of people are doing it’
“I have a close relative within the Taliban,” he said. “I called him to write me a letter threatening me with
death if I returned to Afghanistan. He wrote the letter, stamped it, and sent it back to me, which I then
used in my application.” He did not disclose the date of his arrival or when he applied for asylum, fearing
repercussions from the Home Office. He emphasised the scale of the corruption, saying: “Listen to me
– lots of people are doing it, and some of them are successful and are granted asylum and the right to
work.”
A Taliban official in Kabul acknowledged that some local Taliban members were producing these letters
without authorisation from senior leadership. A Taliban official in Kabul admitted that some local Taliban
members were selling these letters without authorisation from senior leadership.
He said: “Some mujahideen do this kind of work, but it is not legal and they face consequences if caught.”
He suggested the practice is done by low-ranking Taliban members either wanting to “help” fellow Afghans
or to supplement inadequate salaries. “I understand they mainly want to help our countrymen or they are
not being paid enough – it is a problem and plans are under way to provide better living conditions for local
officials so they stop getting involved in such practices.”
The official also added that the Taliban regime, which took full control of Afghanistan in 2021, no longer uses
letters to threaten people in any case. “We don’t need to send letters anymore – that was a tactic when we
were not the government. Now we are the government: if we are sure someone has committed an illegal act,
we can simply go to their home and arrest them.”
Threat letters from the Taliban are referenced in multiple UK asylum tribunal cases, though it is unclear
whether they were genuine or forged. One case published on the website read: “The Appellant appealed
to the First-tier Tribunal. He produced what he claimed to be a threatening letter from the Taliban, sent to
him by his family. He maintained that the garage had been raided and that the Taliban wanted the men
who worked there because they had been engaged in supporting the Afghan Army.”
Another tribunal case specifically referred to “threat letters” submitted by the applicant. The ruling said the
letters were verified by an independent expert using a researcher in Afghanistan to help confirm their
authenticity.
The Home Office said no asylum claim is approved solely on the basis of such a letter. A spokesman told
The Telegraph: “No asylum case is assessed solely on the basis of one letter. Every asylum claim is
assessed on its individual merits, and decision-makers receive thorough training to ensure all cases are
properly decided.
“A strong system of safeguards and quality checks supports this process, helping to ensure all claims are
properly reviewed and decisions are reliable. “We take any abuse of the immigration system extremely
seriously. Where there is evidence of wrongdoing, we will take firm action to challenge it and protect the
integrity of our borders.”...'

BIAD--
The western world in general is ill-equipped to confront the massive fraudulent activity of the migrants from the third world. Their capacity to cheat and deceive simply overmatches the standard control measures of western systems.
My reluctant conclusion over the years is that even with those of them who don't behave this way ... there is no pressure exerted within their subcultures to cease this behavior once they have entered the developed world. Indeed, it seems the rewards for them doing so are so great that there is no significant motivation for them to change their ways.
There are no easy landings ahead. We'll go down, or not, and, if we go down, we'll have to choose if we wish to meekly submit to that fatal embrace.

Meanwhile, in between Islamic invasion chaos that's driving many to drink may need Digital ID to buy a pint. Yet if you have it, it could also be used to *prevent* you from buying a pint. The "could" soon to become "will" descend into a dark dystopian nightmare. No worries though as this solution will rid the island nation of illegals and restore law & order!!
![[Image: iXsnrmFl_o.jpg]](https://images2.imgbox.com/a4/ed/iXsnrmFl_o.jpg)
Quote:Young pubgoers may need to produce a digital ID card to buy a pint in the pub, under government plans to expand the controversial scheme.
Officials have suggested that digital ID could replace the ‘assortment of physical documents’ currently used by people to prove their age or status when buying things like alcohol.
The idea is the latest application suggested for the scheme, which was originally justified on the grounds of clamping down on illegal working.
Critics warned that the use of a centralised digital database for proof of age purposes could allow the government to collect ‘intrusive’ information on individuals, including monitoring their movements and drinking habits.
Former Tory cabinet minister Sir Gavin Williamson said the idea was further evidence that a ‘Big Brother approach’ is driving Labour’s digital ID agenda.
‘With every piece of information that comes out, it is increasingly clear that the reach and scope and intrusion that the government is planning is getting ever larger,’ he said.
‘Whether it is the government tracking you as you go to a pub, or monitoring your purchases or potentially monitoring your movements, it is deeply concerning.
‘What business is it of the government to be monitoring where people buy a pint? It is intrusive and dangerous – the government should keep its nose out of people’s lives.
‘None of this will do anything to tackle illegal working – it just increases state intrusion into the lives of law-abiding citizens.’
Although youngsters already have to prove their age to purchase alcohol, the process is not linked to a centralised digital database run by the state.
Fellow Tory MP Greg Smith warned it could be a ‘short step’ between the government having a database of information about where an individual has used digital ID to buy alcohol or cigarettes or place a bet, and officials building up a profile of their lifestyle.
He warned that the creeping expansion of applications being suggested by ministers for digital ID could have ‘sinister implications’ for civil liberties.
The exact scope of digital ID cards remains unclear. Ministers have claimed the plan is needed to help tackle illegal working and have vowed to make digital ID a requirement for taking a job by the time of the next election.
But they have already signalled that the system will be put to far greater use in future.
A petition against digital ID signed by almost three million people has been dismissed by ministers who vowed to press ahead with imposing them by the end of the decade.
In a formal response, the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology said the scheme would eventually become people’s ‘boarding pass to government’.
The department said it could be used to access a wide range of public services, including for claiming benefits and paying tax.
It also suggested that digital ID could become required for age-related purposes, including alcohol.
‘Currently, when UK citizens and residents use public services, start a new job, or, for example, buy alcohol, they often need to present an assortment of physical documents to prove who they are or things about themselves,’ the response stated. ‘This is both bureaucratic for the individual and creates space for abuse and fraud.’
Silkie Carlo, director of civil liberties group Big Brother watch, said: ‘This has all the hallmarks of a very expansive system where we suddenly need permits and a digital licence to live our everyday lives.’
Nigel Farage, the leader of Reform UK, said he would rather go to prison than get a digital ID.
He told GB News: ‘Before you know it, you’ll have all your medical records on there if you’re not jabbed, because the Government thinks you should be, you’ll find yourself genuinely a second-class citizen.
‘I think the whole thing is appalling. I will not be having digital ID. Put me in prison; not a problem. I will not be having digital ID and I really mean it.’
Ministers face a growing backlash after the Daily Mail revealed they are looking at issuing digital ID cards to children as young as 13.
A Government spokesman defended the plan, saying digital ID could be needed by younger teenagers if they want to get a Saturday job.
The spokesman added: ‘It will be a legal requirement for employers to check someone's digital ID as part of Right to Work checks. Children can work part-time from the age of 14. In some local council areas this is from the age of 13. So, we need to consult on whether it should be offered to those aged 13 and over.’
Victoria Collins, Liberal Democrat technology spokesman, accused ministers of ‘mission creep’, adding: ‘The Government is already plotting to drag teenagers into a mandatory digital ID scheme before it’s even off the ground. It’s frankly sinister, unnecessary, and a clear step towards state overreach.’
Sir Keir Starmer discussed digital ID during a trip to India this week, where a similar scheme has already been introduced.
The Prime Minister suggested the scheme could eventually be required for people to ‘access your own money’.
But he acknowledged the government needed to do much more to sell the scheme to a sceptical public. [Beware of tricks & treats from the devil!]
Speaking in Mumbai, he said: ‘Here in India, I think it's a billion people have digital ID. It has been taken up on a voluntary basis in huge numbers, not least because it means that you can access your own money, make payments so much more easily.
‘So I think now we need to go out and make that case of the huge benefits this will bring, there needs to be a national debate about it.’
Digital ID cards could be needed to buy a pint in the pub
Imagine you are a day late paying your cancel tax and you get flagged as a bad citizen for seeking to deprive your local authority of much needed funds. Or the requirement to have the latest injectable otherwise you get locked out of society. Ordering a pizza for Friday night with the boys? No you're not. You've exceeded your weekly pizza consumption.
I think this Orwellian nonsense is also coming to Australia? "Welcome to the pub. Show us your digital ID, proof of carbon credits, vaccination record, and today’s pronouns." Covid was a dry run.

Both are mere permission slips from the government, the "civitas". As such, the government will tell you how, when, where, and why to exercise such governmentally-issued nuisances. Likewise, as government issued nuisances, they are subject to revocation by the issuing agency - your government. Therefore, as being subject to revocation, they can be neither liberties nor rights.
I claim NO "civil liberties" nor any "civil rights". matter of fact, I piss all over both my "civil liberties" AND my "civil rights" every single morning, before breakfast. They are as useless as tits on a boar hog, and I'll have nothing to do with them beyond pissing all over them.
Item: the UK "digital ID" scam is one of the strongest arguments I can think of for manufacturing your own alcohol, tobacco, and firearms / firearms ammunition. Why bother dragging along a cumbersome phone to prove your ID at the pub when you can just slip down to the old still and knock back a pint, or a quart, of something stronger anyhow?
Item:Herr Fuhrer Komrade Starmer's comment about using digital ID to "access your own money"... I access MY own money by sticking my hand in my pocket and listening for the crinkle or the jingle. I don't need no stinkin' phone to do that, so he can just go piss up a rope.
Item: According to the article, you'll eventually need one to pay taxes. That's good news - just don't get one, and you'll never have to pay taxes again!

Quote:Cyber attack contingency plans should be put on paper, firms told
'People should plan for potential cyber-attacks by going back to pen and paper, according to the latest
advice. The government has written to chief executives across the country strongly recommending that
they should have physical copies of their plans at the ready as a precaution.
A recent spate of hacks has highlighted the chaos that can ensue when hackers take computer systems
down. The warning comes as the National Cyber-Security Centre (NCSC) reported an increase in nationally
significant attacks this year. Criminal hacks on Marks and Spencer, The Co-op and Jaguar Land Rover have
led to empty shelves and production lines being halted this year as the companies struggled without their
computer systems.
Organisations need to "have a plan for how they would continue to operate without their IT, (and rebuild that
IT at pace), were an attack to get through," said Richard Horne, chief executive of the NCSC. Firms are being
urged to look beyond cyber-security controls toward a strategy known as "resilience engineering", which focuses
on building systems that can anticipate, absorb, recover, and adapt, in the event of an attack.
Plans should be stored in paper form or offline, the agency suggests and include information about how teams
will communicate without work email and other analogue work arounds. These types of cyber attack contingency
plans are not new but it's notable that the UK's cyber authority is putting the advice prominently in its annual review.
Although the total number of hacks that the NCSC dealt with in the first nine months of this year was, at 429,
roughly the same as for a similar period last year, there was an increase in hacks with a bigger impact.
The number of "nationally significant" incidents represented nearly half, or 204, of all incidents. Last year only
89 were in that category.
A nationally significant incident covers cyber-attacks in the three highest categories in the NCSC and UK law
enforcement categorisation model, external:
Category 1: National cyber-emergency.
Category 2: Highly significant incident.
Category 3: Significant incident.
Category 4: Substantial incident.
Category 5: Moderate incident.
Category 6: Localised incident.
Amongst this year's incidents, 4% (18) were in the second highest category "highly significant".
This marks a 50% increase in such incidents, an increase for the third consecutive year.
The NCSC would not give details on which attacks, either public or undisclosed, fall into which category.
But, as a benchmark, it is understood that the wave of attacks on UK retailers in the spring, which affected
Marks and Spencer, The Co-op and Harrods, would be classed as a Significant incident. One of the most
serious attacks last year, on a blood testing provider, caused major problems for London hospitals. It resulted
in significant clinical disruption and directly contributed to at least one patient death.
The NCSC would not say which category this incident would fall into.
The vast majority of attacks are financially motivated with criminal gangs using ransomware or data extortion
to blackmail a victim into sending Bitcoins in ransom. Whilst most cyber-crime gangs are headquartered in
Russian or former Soviet countries, there has been a resurgence in teenage hacking gangs thought to be
based in English-speaking countries. So far this year seven teenagers have been arrested in the UK as part
of investigations into major cyber-attacks.
As well as the advice over heightened preparations and collaboration, the government is asking organisations
to make better use of the free tools and services offered by the NCSC, for example free cyber-insurance for
small businesses that have completed the popular Cyber-Essentials programme...'

The Afghan migrant with an AK47 tattoo on his face who filmed his journey to England across France and the Channel threatening to "Pop Pop Pop" Nigel Farage in a Tic Tok video before he made the crossing has today been sentenced to 5 years in prison.
Quote:Hundreds of thousands of viewers saw the "chilling" video Fayaz Khan, 26, posted last October, in which Southwark Crown Court heard he threatened to "pop pop pop" Mr Farage.
As he was sentenced, Khan yelled to the court that Mr Farage had initiated proceedings to "use me because you want to be prime minister".
As he was taken down to the cells, he again shouted: "You want to be prime minister, I am not here because I want to kill you.
"I want to go back to Afghanistan, send me back to Afghanistan, my family is in Afghanistan.
