She absolutely does have the right to die. The life she has left would be years and years of torture. No one should ever be forced to undergo torture. Her remaining life could not ever be made anything else - not with meds, not with counselling, not with anything. The damage is already done, and is completely irreparable. So, it's her prerogative, and hers alone, to end it.
There is no such thing as "death with dignity". There is only death, the awakening from a dream of having lived... or, in her case, a nightmare of having lived.
The State absolutely failed her, on all levels. At the very least, the State owes her family several hundred million dollars. Not as "compensation" or "wergeld" - a wrecked life can never be "compensated" by mere money, not even lots and lots of mere money - but as punishment to the State that utterly failed her.
The State is, without a doubt, trying to sweep their complete failure under the rug and make it go away. Her legacy should be that the State is NEVER, EVER, allowed to forget their complete and total failure. She doesn't have to be alive for that - the living need to carry the legacy and memory onward for her. They need to make the stain and blot on Spain known, and keep it known... forever.
The "immigrants" who raped her need to be found, rounded up, and made a public example of. Preferably through a horrid, painful, and drawn out public execution of each and every one. Many American Indian tribes had some pretty gruesome, novel, and drawn out forms of execution that I believe could be made use of in this matter.

“Trouble rather the tiger in his lair than the sage among his books. For to you kingdoms and their armies are things mighty and enduring, but to him they are but toys of the moment, to be overturned with the flick of a finger.”
