Since Tommy removed the video he was sent to prison for showing and posting on X the court decided to remove the 4 month punitive sentence he received on top of his contempt charge for the X post meaning he was eligible for early release , the video on X racked up over 167 million views so job done.

Political prisoner No 1 is free from solitary confinement now political prisoner No 2 , Lucy Connolly , needs to be released along with the other concerned British citizens locked up for using their voice or typing words.

I saw this on a news site.  It's about time they did this and stop imprisoning people for wrong reasons such as this.  A person should be able to speak their mind.

In the true spirit of Lawfare Tommy is due in court on June 5th charged with harassment of 2 men believed to be Journalists , the incident allegedly happened in August in the wake of the Southport murders.

"We have authorised the Metropolitan Police to charge Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, 42, with harassment causing fear of violence against two men," a CPS spokesperson said.
"The Crown Prosecution Service reminds all concerned that criminal proceedings against the defendant are active and that he has the right to a fair trial."
The 42-year-old from Luton will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 5 June 2025.
