Daft Punk - MisterSpock - 07-14-2023

Other posts got me thinking about the past and genres I've transitioned through all the years.

I was born in the early 80's and listened to rock, pop and all sorts of other stuff, got on the electronic end early enough and enjoyed a lot of great artist early on in their career and while styles and tastes change(back then, i was mostly into house music from the chicago area) I think that some of all the bests, some really stand higher.

If you are an electronic music fan, from trance, house to even hardcore, you can't deny one of, if not the greatest electronic acts to ever grace the planet. Daft Punk.

So this, is a chance to share your favorites and for some of you to share your experience.

Sadly, I've never seen them live, the closest I came was back in the 90's when I was in high school. I used to go downtown(Twin cities, MN) and hit up most of the scene, but when it came to that one weekend, when some of my friends were heading over to Wisconsin for a show, I just didn't tag along.

Apparently, I didn't miss much, other than, well, you know. Hit that 16 minute mark.

One of the best, share your favorite or possible story.

Lets not forget how everyone loves to watch others fall and thought this was "grasping at relevance".

Only to turn out to be widely recognized as one of the greatest performances ever.... Hit that 45 minute.
