Forest Fire Health Issues - Kenzo - 07-01-2023

The forest wildfires in North America , it has big potential to cause short or longer term health problems . There is probably something else than trees burning too if people smell the chemicals in air .


I think with all current information, it would be wise to have preventive treatment , to maximise changes not to get sick. Here`s some remedys to consider .

-NAC   ( N-acetyl cysteine )  great remedy to take every day for lung/respiratory system clean up . Also assist body to make glutathione. There is also new option called GlyNAC  which have also glycine with NAC , this would probably be better than just NAC alone, thought i never personally used it.

- Selenium , reacts with heavy metals like mercury and help against toxicity

-alpha lipoic acid    assist body to make glutathine and chelates heay metals ( short half life, needs to be taken every 4 hours to keep it there )

- Silymarin Complex   Assist liver

- Vitamin C 

-Magnesium  .  

- Raw garlic or kyolic aged garlic supplement ( has many sulphur compounds , chelates heavy metals )

- Potassium Iodide  or other iodine forms ( needs allways taken with selenium in larger iodine doses )



If money is no issue , liposomal glutathione .  econugenics PectaClear .


Dr.Sircus mentions also bicarbonate/ baking soda , hydrogen and high-quality hemp oil .

Chlorella algae also help , problem is the low quality Chlorella that has contaminations, like Chinese Chlorella.


In case of cyanide inhalation scenario , B-12 as hydroxocobalamin as antidote .

Yes ,Serrapeptase  .


There is also Nattokinase and lumbrokinase . They say lumbrokinase is the strongest of those 3 , thought i have not dig the differences of those 3 so much , and i never used lumbrokinase either.
