I'll try to explain with some screen shots.

Create new post.

To embed a youtube video (or any video from supported platforms in the pulldown menu) use the toolbar & click on the filmstrip icon as follows:



Select Youtube in the top toolbar menu.

Paste the FULL youtube URL (not a shortcut URL) in the box. Specifically this format as in:
 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_ibJqsFlSg



Click insert button.

Done.

You can skip all that by manually typing in the embed code in your post:



Click the "Preview Post" button to verify before posting.

EMN you know nothing of the history of this thread there.  I stayed for six years just for a member with brain cancer.  I cried so much behind all of our song postings.  When he died, I tried to lock the thread, but mods wouldn’t do it.

So, I asked people to stop posting. Then you post out of no where oblivious to the history. I killed my user name.  Doc46 convinced me to come here with my user name.
