Something stinks to high hell: Brother of LIT director shot by ATF agent speaks out - Infolurker - 03-21-2024

Look, another "Dynamic Entry AM Raid" on someone they could have intercepted when he went or at work.

Bryan is my brother. He does collect guns, but never uses them. I want to know what “immanent and active danger” was justified in charging into his home at 6am. He worked every day at the airport. Why didn’t they just arrest him there? Or arrest him as he drove to work. My brother owns multiple properties and his salary was $250K + a year with many many perks. He has zero incentive to do anything illegal. I will dig into this and expose whoever attacked my family. Right now, my brother is on life support and is missing the majority of his brain.

Quote:The executive director of an Arkansas airport bearing the names of former President Bill Clinton and former first lady and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was shot Tuesday, when federal agents attempted to serve a search warrant.

Arkansas State Police said the shooting occurred at 6 a.m. local time at a home on Durance Court in Little Rock, while the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) was serving a search warrant at the home of airport Executive Director Bryan Malinowski.

Malinowski, 53, was shot and treated at the scene before being taken to a local hospital. His condition was not specified.

An ATF agent was also injured in the shootout with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, and transported to a local hospital. The ATF and the Little Rock Police Department asked state police to investigate the incident.

Authorities have not said what led to the shooting or who opened fire first. The case will be presented to prosecutors, who will determine whether deadly force was used consistent within state law.
Fox News Digital has reached out to the ATF, state police and Little Rock police.
An airport spokesperson confirmed to Fox News Digital that Malinowski was the airport's executive director.

‘Something stinks to high hell;’ Brother of LIT director shot by ATF agent speaks out on shooting

Quote:Matthew Malinowski questioned why agents came to his brother’s home so early in the morning and did not approach him at the airport, claiming instead that the agents “broke down his door” leaving his brother no choice but to “defend himself.”

“There’s something fishy here. The ATF went after him in the worst possible way,” he told NBC News reporter Deon Hampton. “There’s no reason why they couldn’t have arrested him at work at the airport.”
The older Malinowski added that he thought his brother was well-liked at his work and had been successful with improving the status of LIT, saying he, “was turning around Little Rock airport.”
Malinowski also said it seemed odd that his brother could be entangled with the law, noting that he made more than $250,000 a year in salary, lived in a nice suburb with collections of guns and coins and was well connected in the Natural State.
“When someone makes that much money, there’s no incentive to do anything wrong,” the brother said, adding that Bryan Malinowski had just been in Washington D.C. meeting with Arkansas senators about business for the airport. “He has so much to lose.”

As far as Bryan Malinowski’s prognosis, his brother said doctors are keeping him on life support and not performing surgery because they don’t think he would survive.

“We don’t know how much longer he has to live,” Matthew Malinowski, who flew into Little Rock from Pennsylvania Tuesday night, said.
With the family still wondering how this all happened and federal investigators still not releasing the details of the search warrant, Matthew Malinowski feels the case against his brother doesn’t add up.
“Something stinks to high hell.”

Maybe he was going to flip and tell all about the drugs ran through that airport during the Clinton governorship and afterwards. Just like mother nature it is not wise to piss off the Clintons.

Maybe it was all just a coincidence.

An ATF raid w/Search Warrant?

I wonder if he was getting rid of Bad Apples. I'd be very interested in "who filed" the complaint that lead to a search warrant being issued. What judge signed it?

These three-letter agencies all need to be scuttled. And, if they're ever brought back ... COMPLETE transparency from the get-go ... NO secrecy period ... NO "can't talk about this while the investigation is running." ... which was complete crapolla from the first time that EXCUSE was ever uttered. Anyone (and everyone) involved in 'an accident' gets charged with MURDER and they go to jail until everything gets worked out ... not a paid vacation while the hole is being dug.

Obviously, this was a high-level 'sanctioned hit' ... and we'll never know the reasons behind it.
