Sounds a lot like a war, don't it?
We're already in a Civil War - we just haven't gotten serious about fighting back yet. Might be too late by the time we do.
Mighty nice of him to do all the homework for the terrorists and put the information out on the internet for them - which train lines to attack, and where, and all that.
At least Vinyl chloride isn't the worst of what travels by rail for targeting. There is a substance that I used to guard rail cars carrying that if detonated, a single car of it would have left a crater 600 feet wide, 60 feet deep, and the shock wave would have absolutely flattened, then scoured clean, 16 square miles around it. That's a crater and a flattened area that I'd have been right at ground zero of. Gives a fella incentive to keep his eyes peeled, y'know?
If they get hold of that information, and what the substance is, there could be some serious troubles.

Thanks for sharing this. I live about 20 minutes away from this layer broiler farm. Hopefully the price of eggs won't jump to high.

So the cause of the fire is "unknown". Looks like an accident waiting to happen. The closet fire hydrant is just under 2 miles a way near the fire station. The three wells on the property could have been used to fight the fire with but the electric pumps were turned off due to the fire.
