Judge Allows for Indefinite Detention of Unvaccinated at Governor’s Whim - ancientlight - 11-28-2023

I don't know if this is the right forum, if not please feel free to move it.

Because of a new court ruling, the state of NY and the governer of NY just gotten one step closer to obtaining the ultimate plandemic power. Scary and dystopian if this happens.

Youtube video

I'm unsure if this has passed or is considered, maybe others have a better attention span.

This is probably the right forum, because if they try that in the US, they are apt to meet up with some "social unrest" in the form of flying lead pellets zipping along at high speeds. I can say for sure that's what they'd meet with here. They might kill me for claiming sovereignty over my own physical being, but they won't be "indefinitely detaining" me.

And I won't be walking the dark road to hell all by my lonesome - I'll be taking some company for the journey. Some opposition folks I can slap upside the head and ask "what the hell were you thinking?" pretty regularly on the trip.

.

Exactly what I was thinking   thumbsup2 This won't go down well. I imagine it will dissapear into obscurity, let's hope so at least. They are just testing our reactions, having a laugh . It's a game to these psychos.

I've never been big on internment camps, concentration camps, re-education camps... whatever they want to call them this time. They did that crap in Australia during the scamdemic, but they only dared it because they had already disarmed their populace.

i have been reading about this. it is not just about vaccinations, they can haul you away for virtually any reason. sneeze in the grocery store? sorry you gotta go. if this passes i imagine Newsome will be dancing a jig, and will implement it in California. then other commie states will soon follow.

It won't go down well. I bet they will never try this again in Australia either. Even a disarmed populace can make things very difficult. There were lots of viral videos of people rightfully causing uproar about how they were treated by police etc.
With enough awareness comes enough pushback and resistance.

Funny (not) that this ruling comes right before the propaganda machine starts pumping out stories of "mystery pneumonia" filling hospitals with children in China and within 24 hours or less now it's all over the USA as well. Covid fascism en route with a new name in 3... 2... 1...

apparently bill A416 came about in 2015 due to the ebola outbreak under another number and was withdrawn every year.
best i can tell is that it hasn't been passed yet.

but knowing the little fascists, socialists, communist that could it might just make this time.

2015-A6891 link Assembly Bill A6891 2015-2016 Legislative Session  Relates to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health

at the bottom above summary of the bill it lists all the version introduced last one was 2021-2022

what i don't really understand if it hasn't been voted on passed  signed by biddy hokum, what's it doing in court. i maybe mistaken but i'm pretty sure that something has to be passed as a law before it made it's way to a state supreme court and then to a appellate court, then the next step would have been the U.S supreme court

something ain't right with story. i mean i see what people are saying, but from what i can find it hasn't even been passed into a state law.

Good to know. Hopefully they're not just testing the waters/testing our reactions etc, as most are too apathetic. Though guaranteed this law would crumble society.

Eventually we will see this passed as a "temporary" measure. But then it won't ever get pulled back. That's how Marxist agendas get swished in.

Get ready.

I know it'll be double-super-extra "temporary" for folks like me. It'll only last as long as it takes them to send some poor dumbassed schmuck out to try and round me up for the camps.

Then it'll be on in earnest, right up to the hour I die. I'm thinking I'll be good for taking around 4 to 5 of them with me, and I've always considered it a "win" if I can take more of them out than they can take of me. So 2+ is a win, 1 is just breaking even, and 0 is a loss. I play to win.
