I swear I remember watching this from 2020. They (CCP) even setup a livestream to watch the construction. I'm sure they have 90 million by now. Our DOD had contracts back in 2020 to do the same here in America.
Calif was doing similar with shipping container homes (promoted by WEF parasites) but ran out of containers because most were all sitting off-shore.
