Leftist activist can put a bullhorn in your face and it is OK, if you stand on a public sidewalk where the cops told you that you could stand and read the bible, you will be arrested.

The left is no different to the Nazis, intolerant and racist/discriminatory themselves . Off course only other crazies fall for their lies and deceit. Hopefully this teen and his family start a class action lawsuit, as this is not the first time this type of arrest has happened. They should also make sure the taxpayer is not made to fund the payout as this is the plan from the left all alone (redistribute wealth/erase the middle class) . Make sure those guilty and their department/politicians are made to pay.

Whenever I or other witnesses entered the witness box in court to give evidence we were always instructed to hold the bible, raise our hand, face 'his/her honor, and say out aloud,
"The evidence I now give before the court will be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me god."
Which I did on every occasion. So is swearing on the bible in court in USA not necessarily a thing or is not required when giving evidence?
Just asking in relation to this matter if it went before the court.

It is as it was told.
Nothing new under the sun.
There are few, if anything, that happens today that you can't find an example of in the Bible.
Whether it is seen a a best selling book of fiction or a guide to the Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth.
I strongly suggest that all read it with an open mind and an open heart. From start to finish. Leave all your baggage at the door before entering, and I think many will be surprised at how much is packed in such a little book.
Of course you have free will. So you can choose take a pass, or ignore or reject it.
Just don't be surprised if you are out looking for oil for your lamps, the ship has already sailed when you return.
