Total from yesterdays deluge ended at 1194 arrivals , the Telegraph are reporting that because coast guard life boats were so busy bringing ILLEGAL MIGRANTS to England local fishermen had to be asked to deal with an unrelated incident in the Channel.
We also discovered yesterday that this lot will be adding to the £1 Billion a month their friends are already costing us.
British Barrister Daniel ShenSmith fills in the painful , frustrating details.
Labour's Defence secretary had this to say.
Quote:John Healey told Sunday Morning With Trevor Phillips the previous Conservative government left the UK's asylum system "in chaos" and the country with "record levels of immigration", which his government is having to deal with.

Utter rubbish , every measure the Conservative government tried to implement the then Labour opposition voted against it , Labour ideologically support the migrants coming here because it assuages their feelings of guilt over Empire and White Privilege.
4 more years of this government ? , better send in the IMF.

How long....? Just how long do we have to dance the EU's tune?
And did we really have a referendum?
By the way, you'll notice how the media called him 'a German citizen' , staying in Northampton,
but Mr Koopman -someone who threatened his victim via Snapchat and Facebook to keep quiet
about his machete attack, was 19 years of age when he committed the crime.
(Source:)

German man avoids deportation pending tribunal as original judge did not sufficiently take EU rules
into account
'A machete attacker jailed for four years has avoided deportation because of European Union rules.
Daniel Koopmann, 24, a German citizen, claimed to have arrived in the UK in 2014 and was granted
indefinite leave to remain in 2020 before Brexit.
![[Image: attachment.php?aid=2931]](https://rogue-nation.com/mybb/attachment.php?aid=2931)
Daniel Koopmann
However, in July 2020 he slashed his victim across the forearms in a machete attack. Then, after his
arrest, he intimidated his victim over Snapchat and Facebook in an attempt to get the case dropped.
The Home Office sought to deport him once he was jailed but he successfully appealed to an upper
tribunal which ruled his case should be re-heard because a lower court had failed to take sufficient
account of immigration rules for EU citizens.
Another, lower court will now have to reconsider his case.
The case, disclosed in court papers, is the latest example uncovered by The Telegraph in which illegal
migrants or convicted foreign criminals have been able to remain in the UK or halt their deportations.
Yvette Cooper, the Home Secretary, has announced plans to curb judges’ powers to block deportations
with new legally-enforced “common sense” rules to clarify how judges interpret human rights laws and
strengthen the public interest test.
Koopmann was 19 at the time of the attack when he and another unidentified attacker ambushed their
victim as he walked outside a primary school in Northampton at night. While the other attacker held the
victim from behind, Koopman swung a machete at him once and cut him across both forearms.
In the days that followed, Koopman began a campaign of threatening social media posts in a bid to
scare his victim into keeping quiet.
They included videos of driving past his address with the caption “talk get stitches”. Another read: “Cool
your snitching I’m back out now – you better drop the case you silly boy.”
In sentencing, His Honour Judge Rupert Mayo told Koopman: “These threats posted on social media get
around instantly. These threats are even more sinister when they are shared and seen by hundreds of your
contacts. A custodial sentence is inevitable.
”
‘Genuine, present’ threat
Koopmann initially appealed his deportation to a lower immigration tribunal which rejected his claim,
saying his conduct represented “a genuine, present and sufficiently serious threat affecting one of the
fundamental interests of society.”
The judge had stated: ”He has shown a disregard for the law and he still fails to acknowledge his own
criminality.” However, an upper tribunal has found the judge erred in law and ordered a fresh hearing.
It was claimed the previous judge had failed to conduct an assessment of the proportionality of his
expulsion as required by European citizen immigration regulations.
Gang member not deported over EU rules
It follows a similar case where a migrant gang member convicted of manslaughter after the murder of an
18-year-old could not be deported because of EU rules. William George, 28, a semi-professional footballer,
was a member of a gang of 10 men convicted of killing Abdul Hafidah, 18, in front of rush hour commuters
in Manchester in May 2016.
George, a Belgian who moved to Britain with his parents at the age of eight, was jailed for 12 years for
manslaughter for his part in the assault. In 2018 he was served with deportation papers, which said he
had a “real risk” of reoffending.
Home Office officials lost a six-year legal battle to remove George from the UK, despite him being associated
with Manchester’s notorious AO gang. Under Brussels directives, which applied until Brexit, EU nationals who
lived in Britain for an extended time could only be deported “on imperative grounds of public security”....'

There was an author who wrote to do the same. However, today finds Mr. Orwell's words
a little too... a little do 'grown-up'.
Quote:Orwell’s 1984 now comes with ‘trigger warning’
'George Orwell’s estate has been accused of attempting to censor 1984 by adding a “trigger warning” preface
to the 75th anniversary edition of the dystopian novel.
The new introductory essay describes the novel’s protagonist Winston Smith as “problematic” and warns modern
readers may find his views on women “despicable”. Critics claim the preface, written by Dolen Perkins-Valdez, an
American novelist, and included in the 75th anniversary edition published in the US last year, risks undermining
the work’s warning against state control of thought.
![[Image: TELEMMGLPICT000427739321_17493079876990_...mwidth=350]](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/content/dam/briefs/2025/06/07/TELEMMGLPICT000427739321_17493079876990_trans_NvBQzQNjv4Bqcvya6rOQnD6W9RNWBA6vPsRpMj0_IJhv0hwqeAF0G_A.jpeg?imwidth=350)
Dolen Perkins-Valdez,
In 1984, citizens of the superstate Oceania are punished for subversive thoughts by the Thought Police.
Now, in a real-world twist, the estate that oversees Orwell’s literary legacy stands accused of ideological policing.
“We’re getting somebody to actually convict George Orwell himself of thought crime in the introduction to his
book about thought crime,” said Walter Kirn, a novelist and critic, on the podcast America This Week, hosted
by journalist Matt Taibbi.
“We’re not yet in a world where books and classic books are being excised or eliminated,” Kirn added, but warned
the Orwell estate-approved edition of 1984 had been “published with an apology for itself”. Ms Perkins-Valdez’s
preface is included in the anniversary edition of the 1949 classic, published by Berkley Books, an imprint of
Penguin Random House.
![[Image: 9780452284234.jpg?v=enc-v1]](https://images-us.bookshop.org/ingram/9780452284234.jpg?v=enc-v1)
In it, the award-winning novelist said she aimed to approach 1984 as a new reader, and admitted that, given the
protagonist’s views, she might once have abandoned the book entirely. “I’m enjoying the novel on its own terms,
not as a classic, but as a good story, that is, until Winston reveals himself to be a problematic character,” she wrote.
“For example, we learn of him: ‘He disliked nearly all women, and especially the young and pretty ones’.”
The novel follows Winston Smith, a minor bureaucrat who secretly rebels against the regime with Julia, a fellow
party member. Their doomed affair is cut short when they are arrested, tortured and brainwashed into betraying
one another.
Although Ms Perkins-Valdez eventually concludes Orwell was portraying misogyny as a feature of totalitarianism,
her comments have provoked a backlash. Her preface also takes issue with the novel’s handling of race. As a black
woman, she says she finds little to connect with characters in Oceania.
‘The most 1984-ish thing I’ve read’
Mr Kirn questioned the need for Ms Perkins-Valdez’s introduction, pointing out the 75th anniversary edition of 1984
already included a foreword by Thomas Pynchon, one of the greatest living American novelists. “If you have a foreword
by Thomas Pynchon to a book, you don’t need another foreword, right? You got maybe the greatest living novelist of
our time, who’s also a recluse, to come out and write something. That’s all you need.
“But no, these people felt they needed an introduction before the old white man’s introduction. So this version of 1984
has a trigger warning!” He called it “the most 1984-ish thing I’ve ever f---ing read”.
The controversy follows real-life cases of so-called “thought crime” in Britain.
In February, The Telegraph revealed that Julian Foulkes, a retired special constable, had been wrongly arrested and
cautioned by Kent Police over a social media post that warned of rising anti-Semitism. Officers who raided his home
commented on his “very Brexity” bookshelves and leafed through titles including The War on the West by Douglas
Murray and The Demise of the Free State by David Green. His caution has since been deleted, and he has received
compensation.

Mohammed Zahid.
The victims, known as Girl A and Girl B, were groomed from the age of 13 and treated as "sex slaves",
being expected to "have sex with the men whenever and wherever they wanted", the trial heard. Girl A
told the jury she could have been targeted by more than 200 men, while Girl B said social workers had
regarded her as "a prostitute" from the age of 10.
Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court heard that both girls had "deeply troubled home lives" and were
plied with drugs, alcohol and cigarettes and given places to stay by the men, who worked on the town's
market or as taxi drivers. The prosecution said the girls were "children passed around for sex, abused,
degraded and then discarded", adding: "They became sex slaves."
Girl A told the jury she may have been preyed on by hundreds of men as her phone number was swapped,
but said "there was that many it was hard to keep count". She told local children's services in 2004 that
she was "hanging around" with groups of older men, drinking and taking cannabis, the court heard.
Girl B, who was living in a children's home when she came into contact with the men on the market,
said police and social workers knew what was going on but "weren't concerned enough to do anything
about it". "It was in my file, when I looked it up. I read it," the woman, now aged in her 30s, told the
court. "I was picked up by the police for loitering and prostituting from the age of 10."

(Top Row L-R) Mohammed Shahzad, Mushtaq Ahmed and Kasir Bashir.
(Bottom Row L-R) Nisar Hussain, Roheez Khan and Naheem Akram.
Three of the abusers, Mohammed Zahid, 64, the leader of the gang, Mushtaq Ahmed, 67, and Kasir Bashir,
50, were stallholders on the market. Father-of-three Zahid, who was known as Boss Man, gave free
underwear from his lingerie stall to the girls, who did not know each other. He also gifted them with
money, alcohol and food in return for the expectation of regular sex with him and his friends, the
court heard.
In 2016, Zahid was jailed for five years in an earlier grooming gang case after he engaged in sexual
activity in 2006 with a 15-year-old girl who he met when she visited his stall to buy tights for school.
Bashir did not attend the current trial after he absconded while on bail before proceedings got under way.
It can now also be reported that Mohammed Shahzad, 44, Naheem Akram, 48, and Nisar Hussain, 41, were
remanded in custody in January. Police received intelligence that the three taxi drivers were planning to leave
the UK and had already paid a deposit for their transport.
The seventh defendant Roheez Khan, 39, also featured in another previous Rochdale grooming trial in
2013. He was jailed for six-and-a-half years as one of five men convicted of sexually exploiting a "profoundly
vulnerable" 15-year-old girl in 2008 and 2009. During the latest trial, a second jury was required after
concerns that one original juror - thought to be an ex-police officer - might be racist. The prosecution
did not oppose the application and a second jury was sworn in shortly after. Jurors deliberated for three
weeks before delivering their unanimous guilty verdicts.
Convictions
Zahid, of, Station Road, Crumpsall, was convicted of raping Girl A and Girl B, offences of indecency with a child
and procuring a child to have sex
Ahmed, of Corona Avenue, Oldham, and Bashir, of Napier Street East, Oldham, were convicted of multiple counts
of rape and indecency with a child, in relation to Girl B
Shahzad, of Beswicke Royds Street, Rochdale, Akram, of Manley Road, Rochdale, Hussain, of New Field Close,
Rochdale, and Khan, of Athole Street, Rochdale, were convicted of multiple counts of rape against Girl A.
Khan was found guilty of a single count of rape against Girl A
During the trial the prosecution offered no evidence against an eighth defendant, Arfan Khan, 41, of Rochdale,
who was cleared of various sexual offences.
'Indefensible and inexcusable'
Following the verdicts, Det Supt Alan Clitherow, from Greater Manchester Police's CSE team, said the force
should have done more at the time. "What is clear is the way those victims were dealt with at the time is
indefensible and inexcusable," he said.
"There was information at the time that police and other agencies could and should have done something with
and we didn't. "We have made comprehensive apologies for that." He said the force had since improved on how
these investigations are managed.
All the men were prosecuted as part of Operation Lytton, an ongoing investigation by the force into historical
child sexual exploitation in the town. A total of 32 offenders have been convicted so far as part of that inquiry
along with an earlier investigation called Operation Doublet into child sexual exploitation.
Five more trials are scheduled to take place from September.
Liz Fell from the Crown Prosecution Service said: "These men targeted children, preyed upon their vulnerabilities
and groomed them for their own sexual gratification. "The treatment of the victims at the hands of these predators
was nothing short of appalling." She said the convictions sent "a very clear message" that the CPS and police
would "relentlessly" prosecute those who sexually exploit children, "whenever that abuse took place".
Sharon Hubber, Rochdale Borough Council's director of children's services, said: "We know that these convictions
are unlikely to erase the memories of the abuse these women were subjected to as children, but we hope they do
bring some form of closure. "We know that more could and should have been done by the people who were
working here at the time, and for that we are truly sorry."
The NSPCC said the "appalling, ruthless exploitation" of these vulnerable girls highlighted the need for children
to be able to speak out and warned that adults must educate themselves on the signs of grooming.
"Child sexual abuse can have profound and long-lasting consequences on those who experience it," the charity
added...'

It's true this is an old Islamic practice which had been employed against conquered peoples since the days of Mohammed's Wars. However, if folks are looking at it as an intra-cultural phenomena, they are missing the point of it's use in extra-cultural affairs.
It was used by Mohammed's gangs against every single people they conquered, as proof that they were the conquerors.
The purpose of it is to demonstrate Muslim dominance over a conquered people. The rationale is that the men of a conquered people will not protect or defend the weakest and most vulnerable among them - their women and children. I will note here that the victims in these cases check both of those boxes, and should therefore be doubly protected and defended, yet they were not.
Only a truly conquered population will allow such shenanigans to proceed without answer.
It is done primarily to demonstrate that British men, in general - although there are exceptions - are well and truly conquered already.
It is a klaxon call that says "the waters here are fine and safe - send in the rest of the troops. Bring their families - they have nothing more to fear from any warriors defending this land".
The 5 year sentences for such outrages are a mere slap on the wrist, and every Arab knows it. The fact that it took 15 to 20 years to get even that tiny slap on the wrist signals that there is no resolve in Britain any more. If these men manage to survive a 5 year stint in British prison, that will be even more evidence that the testosterone levels in Britain are on the decline. If even hardened criminals fear to retaliate, then Britain is lost to Islam already.

In her letter, Ms MacDonald said the use of a Union Flag featuring staff images "caused some upset at the beginning of the evening".
She added: "As a school we promote inclusion and acceptance, actively working against potentially offensive or sectarian messaging.
"Although we recognise this was not the intent, we are concerned that others within or beyond the school community may consider that this is something we would encourage."
The headteacher said she had spoken to the children to explain "why it wasn't a good idea" to use images without permission.
She also explained "the symbolism and association of flags and symbols to different groups of people" and how the youngsters' actions were "contrary to the school values of respect and kindness".
